To fix a GC issue : Managed Debugging Assistant 'CallbackOnCollectedDelegate' A callback was made on a garbage collected delegate of type 'Microsoft.Identity.Client.NativeInterop!Microsoft.Identity.Client.NativeInterop.API+MSALRUNTIME_LOG_CALLBACK_ROUTINE::Invoke'.
