Error occurs if backslash is used in tag value

• Repro step

  1. Add a tag to the storage account with backslash(it does not have to be a storage account if it is a resource)
     
  2. Check Reliability Workbook
     

• Root cause

  • Using a backslash in the tag value causes a parse failure when processing for list up on Environment.
  • It seems to reproduce when the backslash has a special meaning, such as "Word1<SP>Word2" or "foo \hoge". This did not occur with "foo \bar".
