Adds `docs/architecture/crd-versioning.md` documenting the lifecycle plan for the AzureClaw CRD: - **v1.0**: v1alpha1 is frozen — only additive optional fields allowed. - **v1.1**: split CRD types to `azureclaw-crd-types`; add `azureclaw-crd-conversion` crate; ship served=false v1alpha2 schema. - **v1.2**: flip v1alpha2 served=true; ship conversion webhook. - **v1.3**: deprecate v1alpha1. - **v2.0**: remove v1alpha1. The doc enumerates the v1alpha2 schema changes that are deferred from v1alpha1 (BYO contract struct promotion, langGraph nodeAdapter enum, trustGraphRef struct split, per-condition observedGeneration), and the 3-crate split (`-types`, `-conversion`, `-conversion-webhook`) for cleanly separating pure conversion logic from the admission binary.
