Bicep Snapshots should generate output as well

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Bicep snapshots generates the resources that will be deployed but it does not generates the output. There could be potential changes in outputs as well as you have code that can be using functions there so there should be another property predictedOutputs in the JSON that is able to visualize that.
