Running in WSL2

Describe the bug
The Bicep MCP operation "Get Bicep File Diagnostics" threw an error:

Error: An error occurred reading file. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\home\cjochsjr\<code-source-path>\bicep\main.bicep'.

To Reproduce
In a VSCode chat session (running in WSL2 with a bicep project loaded) with the Bicep MCP running, submit the prompt: "Check for diagnostics in my main.bicep"
