Recently I've fixed a bug of tlsio not being able to set certificate on MacOS in the submodule azure-c-shared-utility.
My PR get merged into their master branch- Azure/azure-c-shared-utility#427.

This issue is for the purpose of getting you aware of the update in azure-c-shared-utility so that you can update your submodule accordingly.
