Update Azure AD and docs.microsoft.com links

Update the Azure AD links that redirect to Entra URLs. Also, replace docs.microsoft.com URLs with their learn.microsoft.com counterparts.

@xiangyan99 There aren't any links in that directory to update. Note that https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory-b2c/overview won't change because the Azure AD B2C product name hasn't changed.

Thanks for clarification. Did not know that we kept active-directory-b2c.
