[FUTURE BUG] Mldesigner still relies on soon to be deprecated pkg_resources

Describe the bug
I get a warning when using the newest release of the mldesigner package:

.venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/mldesigner/_utils.py:19: UserWarning: pkg_resources is deprecated as an API. See https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/pkg_resources.html. The pkg_resources package is slated for removal as early as 2025-11-30. Refrain from using this package or pin to Setuptools<81.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install newest version of mldesigner and use it in any script.

No warning
