New version for azure.mgmt.azurearcdata package

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current version 1.0.0 of the package and beta version 2.0.0b1 are outdated and do not allow to use of all features available in the current Azure REST API

Describe the solution you'd like
It will be great to generate a new version of the package that will implement the features available in the latest version of the SDK:

The current sdk supports API version 2021-11-01.

Hi @swells, I find you merged Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#28388 into https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/tree/main/specification/azurearcdata/resource-manager/Microsoft.AzureArcData. Is 2024-01-01 ready? If yes, since @vitalybondarenko is looking forward to SDK with this api-version, would you please follow https://eng.ms/docs/products/azure-developer-experience/onboard to create release request? Then SDK team will help to release new version of SDK with api-version 2024-01-01.
