[DI] Live pipelines are failing

Live pipeline python - documentintelligence - tests and python - documentintelligence - tests-weekly are failing while setting up live testing resources. We should fix the issue in test-resources.json

Update:
The live pipelines were passing by fix in PR #36182, but they are now failing with error(link):

E       azure.core.exceptions.ClientAuthenticationError: (PermissionDenied) Principal does not have access to API/Operation.
E       Code: PermissionDenied
E       Message: Principal does not have access to API/Operation.
