Description
When creating a workspace with existing resources from another resource group, a provisioning error is thrown as discussed in this issue in the docs repository MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs#97360 (comment)
However when creating a Azure Machine Learning Worspace with Azure Portal it is possible to create a workspace with resources from another resource group. Would it be possible to create this functionality for the Python SDK as well?
