Fixes #25760
Using either one of the Azure Monitor Query library's clients requires a
TokenCredentialimplementation for authenticating to Azure AD. Make that requirement clear in the prereqs. Gently guide readers towards the Azure Identity library if they don't have/need their own custom implementation.
