Runbook OuptutTypes property does not contain output types names when it should.

Created and published a new Graphical runbook in Azure Automation and specified an output type. When the runbook asset is retrieved we expected the Runbook.OutputTypes property to contain the type names that were specified when we created the runbook but instead the list was empty.
