KeyVaultSecret.Value should document that it will be null when referenced from DeletedSecret #17741
Description
Since DeletedSecret extends KeyVaultSecret it inherits the Value property as well (also corresponds to swagger). We should update the remarks to mention that it should be null for DeletedSecret.
