Description
The cancel after progress test currently throws the following exception:
RestError: Failed to cancel job with job id de06cfd5-7ec6-4b33-a7bf-16878e829965 as its already completed.
However, it is expected the test will succeed as the sent cancellation request should be received successfully by the service.
