Once we have a package upgraded to use @azure/core-tracing >= preview.14 we can add a sample that demonstrates how to enable tracing using the @azure/opentelemetry-instrumentation-azure-sdk package. Until then, any sample we add won't be meaningful and won't be demonstrating an end-to-end scenario that works.
