[Unified Recorder] Unify core-v1 and core-v2 recorders

Currently, https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js/pull/15826 has 3 recorder clients 
- node core-v1
- browser core-v1
- unified core-v2

Merge all three clients - inspire from https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-js/pull/16518
