The sdl artifact naming pattern uses the job id as opposed to display name see https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/1ESPipelineTemplates/_git/1ESPipelineTemplates?path=/v1/Stages/Stage.yml&version=GBmain&line=413&lineEnd=414&lineStartColumn=1&lineEndColumn=1&lineStyle=plain&_a=contents so we need to give a unique job id to avoid conflicts.
