Context:
Azure PowerShell supports signing in by WAM (web account manager) on top of the Azure.Identity library. However, as it does not support enabling the MSAPassthrough option which MSAL (Microsoft authentication library) provides, we can’t sign in MSA accounts. This blocks a lot of users from the integrated experience of signing in with Windows.
