Context

Observability is a key feature to monitoring application health, we will improve our Spring Cloud Azure's support for observability. Docs and samples are very important for users to adopt. Below are how GCP and AWS do:

GCP

Onboarding through sleuth, explicit dependency, no info on Otel. Google has profiling and debugging in addition to traces/metrics.

• Messaging and http support
• Metrics: Prometheus and stackdriver
• Profiling and debugging

AWS

• Onboarding through agent + collector (explicit config)
• Metrics: micrometer -> cloudwatch

Goal

We need to make sure we have docs and samples to help users integrate with Azure Spring observability features.
