List Guest Configuration Assignment by Subscription call is not returning correct result instead returning status code 204.
The same is happening with List by resource group too.

It should return all assignments in subscription and similarly for resource groups.

To reproduce this call NewSubscriptionListPager and NewRGListPager methods.

I believe this is not just an SDK issue as I tried REST API calls too. And it was the same there too.
