Feature Request / Question

Having a nextLink from the previous call, I'd like to get only the page it refers to.

The runtime.Pager allows to paginate through all the entries starting from the first page, but it doesn't seem to provide a way to set the page (nextLink) to start paginating from. There doesn't seem to be a separate method for getting a particular page, either.

Is there some way to achieve that with the SDK?
