It's allowed to download usage details as csv in portal, and it calls the api below:
https://management.azure.com/providers/Microsoft.Billing/billingAccounts/{billingAccounts}/billingPeriods/{billingPeriods}/providers/Microsoft.Consumption/usagedetails/download?api-version=2021-10-01

I found that the api once included in the previous version of swagger like so:

Yet it's not included in the following versions any longer. Is it possible to include the api once again so that customers could call it with REST API or SDK method?
