Deployment model definition is missing error property

Response for a GET on faulted Deployment contains error details in `error` property but this property is not defined in the swagger model https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/652cebd100c2483b7f63979ac0149ef3de6e6fea/specification/resources/resource-manager/Microsoft.Resources/2017-05-10/resources.json#L2109. Due to this SDK consumers won't  be able to see the error details.
