Without this change, the isBicep check always evaluates to True.

MacOS GNU bash, version 3.2.57(1)-release (x86_64-apple-darwin19)
CentOS 8 GNU bash, version 4.4.19(1)-release (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu)
