Description

Update the release notes for Az.Tools.Predictor

Checklist

  • I have read the Submitting Changes section of CONTRIBUTING.md
  • The title of the PR is clear and informative
  • The appropriate ChangeLog.md file(s) has been updated:
    • For any service, the ChangeLog.md file can be found at src/{{SERVICE}}/{{SERVICE}}/ChangeLog.md

I saw the version in change log is 1.0.0, should we upgrade the version of Az.Tools.Predictor.psd1 to 1.0.0 as well?

We are targeting v1.0.0 for this release. I have updated psd1 and build.props files accordingly.
