Get-AzureRmResource and Set-AzureRmResource cmdlet does not support Zones field

Currently both Get-AzureRmResource and Set-AzureRmResource does not support zones filed. It should supports zones field and return correct value in AZ supported regions.

Already tested with latest Azure Powershell.
