Enable $expand for List Resources (Get-AzureRmResource or Find-AzureRmResource)

It is currently not possible to get the createdTime or changedTime properties using Powershell. The List Resources API (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/resources/resources/list) accepts a parameter $expand that can be used to specify createdTime and/or changedTime, but this expand parameter is not accessible with Powershell.

the $expand for List Resources API (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/resources/resources/list) works only when $filter is not specified.
When used along with $filter it doesnt return the parameters requested with $expand.

Having this in Powershell would be very helpful
