Content type header was changed from `application/x-zip-compressed` to `application/octet-stream`

Hello! With the last update, the content-type: response header was changed from application/x-zip-compressed to application/octet-stream.
For example, in the version 4.99.0 the download link https://functionscdn.azureedge.net/public/4.0.6518/Azure.Functions.Cli.min.win-x64.4.0.6517.zip returns application/x-zip-compressed, but in the 4.100.0 the download link https://functionscdn.azureedge.net/public/4.0.123/Azure.Functions.Cli.min.win-x64.4.0.6543.zip returns application/octet-stream.
I wanted to ask if this is a bug?

It looks like that there is something wrong with the latest Azure.Functions.Cli.min.win-x64.4.0.6543.zip. zipinfo shows different results for the Azure.Functions.Cli.min.win-x64.4.0.6517.zip and /Azure.Functions.Cli.min.win-x64.4.0.6543.zip. Maybe you know what you've changed recently?
