SDK Version needs to be changed for Application Insights extension

The Application Insights extension won't be able to differentiate between a webjobs and functions host. It doesn't make sense to add "azurefunctions: {hostVersion}" to all logs from the extension. We should add the extension version. Would that mess up any metrics being tracked?
