Perform End to End testing of decoupling workers feature with worker site extensions

Add integration and E2E tests. Add additional logs if needed based on the outcomes of E2E testing

• Multiple versions of a worker
• Worker Release channel including both Host and Worker release channel

  • Site extension not available
  • Site extension available but not compatible
