Description of issue you're seeing...
links in -h include the "." and cause the links to not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior...

• Open a powershell terminal
• run azd [command] -h (it can be any command.)
• at the bottom of the -h are two links. use Ctrl+Click to open the link
• The links should lead to a 404 error page

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The links should go to the intended destination
