[azd pipeline config] Links are not usable when gh-cli is using `ssh`

If gh-cli is set to use `ssh` protocol, at the end of the `pipeline config` command, the displayed links are in ssh format which does not work for opening GitHub:

This is not a blocker, as it does not interrupt the command or make it fail. This is only UX improvement
