Sometimes, when trying to get the CosmosDiagnostics, following response will be returned:
{"Summary":{},"name":"NoOp","start datetime":"0001-01-01T00:00:00.000Z","duration in milliseconds":0}
Scenarios may cause it -> A cancellation token is being passed in, write operation failed due to unreachable backend
