Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Encryption.Custom is in preview mode for couple of years already. Stable release was blocked by preview dependency on the Microsoft.Data.Encryption.Cryptography package. This package was recently released in stable version.

Release a stable version of Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos.Encryption.Custom package.
