Update the architecture detection mechanism before downloading binary files in command
az aks install-cli. Currently it only supports distinguishing between arm64 and amd64 architectures. The new change is that when an unknown architecture is obtained, an exception will be thrown directly (previously it will only show a warning message).Testing Guide
