az webapp show and list returning serverFarmId instead of appServicePlanId #33732

Description

Describe the bug

In Azure CLI v2.87, a bug was introduced where az webapp list and az webapp show output no longer contains the field appServicePlanId and instead has serverFarmId.

There is a commit where in src/azure-cli/azure/cli/command_modules/appservice/utils.py _rename_server_farm_props() it seems from the code that the intention is that the output for az webapp list and az webapp show should still contain the field appServicePlanId.

The release notes also don't communicate that appServicePlanId was intentionally replaced with serverFarmId.

When running az webapp list and az webapp show on Azure CLI v2.86, appServicePlanId is in the output.

    Bug Analysis

az webapp list and az webapp show no longer return the appServicePlanId field in their output; it was replaced by serverFarmId. This regression was introduced in a change to _rename_server_farm_props() in src/azure-cli/azure/cli/command_modules/appservice/utils.py (referenced commit d86606f). The function's intent appears to be renaming/aliasing serverFarmId to also expose appServicePlanId in the output, but the current behavior drops appServicePlanId entirely.

    Fix guidance:

    • Locate _rename_server_farm_props() in src/azure-cli/azure/cli/command_modules/appservice/utils.py.
    • Ensure the transformation still adds/retains the appServicePlanId key (aliasing from serverFarmId) in the output of az webapp show and az webapp list, matching the pre-regression (v2.86) behavior.
    • Add or update unit tests in the appservice module's tests/ directory covering az webapp show / az webapp list output to assert appServicePlanId is present.

PR title & description format (required)

This repo enforces a PR format (guide). Please author the PR exactly as follows or CI's Check the Format of Pull Request Title and Content will fail.

Use this EXACT PR title (copy verbatim, do not reword):

[AppService] Fix #33732: `az webapp show`: Restore appServicePlanId in output

Keep the backticks around the command and the Fix #33732: prefix. You may only adjust the wording after the command (the final summary) if the fix changes; the [AppService] prefix, issue link, and backticked command must stay.

Description — follow the PR template and fill in:

    • Link the issue — start the Description with a closing keyword so the PR auto-links and closes it: Fixes #33732.
    • Related command — the az ... command this affects.
    • Description (mandatory) — why the bug happens, what you changed, and the resulting behavior.
    • Testing Guide — example command(s) showing the fix works.
    • History Notes — leave the title to drive the history note, or add extra lines in the same format (component in brackets + the command in backticks), e.g. [AppService] `az <command>`: <note>.
    • Keep the template checklist and tick the items you've satisfied.
