Describe the bug
Cloud shell does not work on my account.

I am having a issue which I can only assume specific to my account and I am not sure how to address this. The issue is that when i open a cloud shell it gives a read-only console (1st time), when I restart it ends up with blank screen. Something got corrupted and dont know how to fix this.

To Reproduce
Simple cloudshell operation such as opening a new cloudshell from the portal using Chrome/IE

Expected behavior
Cloud shell available for use.
