• Support for Facebook reauthentication and rerequest parameters: "auth_type=reauthenticate" and "auth_type=rerequest" can now be specified as query parameters to be passed to the Facebook login redirect URL
• Allow CORS wildcard subdomains: support wildcard subdomain matching in CORS configuration

Bug Fixes

• For applications with a forwarding gateway, logout behavior has been fixed to redirect to the forwarded hosts
