Revision deletion

At the moment, portal revisions can only be created or modified.

An expected feature would be to be able to also delete them. The DELETE method on a revision URL yields an error.
Have you got such a feature considered/coming?

@Berbe, can you explain why you need the deletion functionality? The revisions are unmodifiable by design, just like git commits.

At least the latest revision should be displayed on top (descending) to always see the latest.

Git commits can be modified/reorganised/removed at will from branches; orphans commits wille get GCed. It is what you'll be required to do on a source branch of a PR, for instance, only bothering upstream with nicely organised code into atomic, correctly annotated, commits; you probably never write quality commits from the get-go.
It is only an organisational constraint, a shared protocol, as opposed to a technical Git limit, not to modify a branch being collaboratively worked on.

In general, the idea of never being able to delete past content is worrying.
It would be nice to be able to erase past, like unused/unusable revisions, in order to focus the revisions history on what is essential. Those revisions could then be relied upon for switching between published versions.
