Description
Describe the Bug with repro steps
1.Sign in to azure in the "Resources" section within Azure tab using mooncake credentials.
2.Create a new local project in Logic Apps VS Code extension.
3.Open designer and add the Request/Response trigger and some built in actions such as compose, etc. to workflow and save.
4.Create a logic app and then Deploy workflow to a new Logic App (Standard) on Azure for non-public clouds
5.Currently created logic app in China East2 location as rest of the regions are not supported currently
6.Deployment should get successful
7.Open the deployed logic app from resources blade.
Expected: We should be able to see the workflow under deployed logic app within 1-2 min or after reloading the VS code window to get cache updated with API call from backend.
Actual: Initially for the first 20-25 min we are not able to see the workflows under deployed logic app. Getting "Encountered service unavailable error from host runtime". After several times reloading VS code window, we are able to see the workflows under deployed logic app which is not expected to take more time and more refresh. Tried opening the deployed logic app in mooncake portal as well, encountered similar error. After the issue resolved in VS code simultaneously it got resolved in portal as well. Continuously getting the error pop up notifications while trying to open the designer of deployed logic app or opening the monitoring view of the deployed logic app run. This could be some backend updating issue.
