This is the first cut of the AZ PowerShell modules.

  1. Basic CLI questions and configuration modification
  2. Including ALZ-Bicep version 0.13.0 for now.
  3. Unit Tests with fairly decent coverage ~90%
  4. Starting to look at how deployments are going to work.
