Expose Node API

Show Node IP, Node name in the ARM API as a child nodepool resource API. Useful for SSH and deleting specific nodes. This denotes Infra(VM) side and does not provide the K8s API info.

@kaarthis, would exporting a nodepool's configuration be supported with this (related to this issue: Azure/azure-cli#25636)
