Missing the step for cloning or initializing the project (azd init) in README #4

Describe:
The README does not include the command azd init -t for cloning or initializing the project. As an azd project, it is recommended to add azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-functions-java to the Getting Started section of the README so that users can directly initialize the project using the azd tool.
Suggestion:
Add the step azd init -t Azure-Samples/remote-mcp-functions-java to the README.
