Convert to Typescript/Node #11
Description
This is the base template written in .NET 8. Please convert this in a new branch for TypeScript / Node.js. I want 100% functional equivalence and documentation, however it should be in the style of TypeScript v4. See this HTTP TypeScript sample as a reference for ideal style, and this reference documentation for Typescript v4.
