Tap rest to toggle between SLEEP and RUN

It can be a bit fiddly to keep the iron on the rest when using the AxxSolder portable.

Implemnet a setting "tap rest" that allows the iron to toggle between SLEEP and RUN by a tap on the rest by the soldering iron tip.
This would work nice on the portable version.

On the station version where the handle is really resting in the case the old logic should be kept:
Handle in crade -> STANDBY
Handle NOT in cradle -> RUN
