How did you measure these latencies?

The latencies between data centers of different cloud providers listed here: https://github.com/AviatrixSystems/Docs/blob/master/HowTos/multi_cloud_region_affinity_and_latency.rst

...how did you produce them? Just create a resource in each data center, and have them ping each other?

Hi You could refer to github.com/docs or do some more research on elasticsearch.co

Git hub has its own Jekyll system but elastic search also has similar features.
