The project is a fake social media platform for the shadow government, where members of the shadow government can communicate with each other and share information. The platform is called Cabal, and it is a parody of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. The project is built using the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
