Description

When mouse over the workspace widget, only vertical scroll works. Whereas in any other part of the bar, both directions work.

Expected Behavior

Scrolling both directions should be supported on workspace widget

1. enable the workspace widget
2. mouseover the workspace pills
3. scroll horizontally (shift+mousewheel)

How QML event propagation works

When you scroll over a widget, QML delivers the wheel event to the topmost MouseArea first. If that MouseArea doesn't explicitly set
wheel.accepted = false, QML considers the event "handled" and does not pass it to any MouseArea underneath.

The problem:

• The DankBarWindow has a bar-wide scrollArea MouseArea (line 842) that handles horizontal scroll (X-axis) for things like Niri column navigation.
• The WorkspaceSwitcher has its own MouseArea (line 753) that sits on top of the bar's scroll area within the workspace pill region.
• When you scroll horizontally over the workspace pill, the WorkspaceSwitcher's MouseArea receives the event first. It only looks at angleDelta.y (vertical), finds nothing
  useful, but never rejects the event — so QML assumes it was consumed.
• The bar-level handler, which would handle the horizontal scroll, never sees it.

The proposed fix: At the top of the WorkspaceSwitcher's onWheel, check if the scroll is primarily horizontal (|deltaX| > |deltaY|). If so, set wheel.accepted = false and return
early — this tells QML "I don't want this event" so it bubbles down to the bar's scroll handler, which knows what to do with horizontal scroll.

Vertical scrolling over the workspace pill continues to work exactly as before (switching workspaces).

After applying that patch it did resolve the issue. I'm not seeing regression yet from my limited testing.
