Description

The bar is damaged every second, even though nothing changes on it. This happens even if I disable every widget (by clicking on the eye icon next to them in the Settings). It's visible in niri debug-toggle-damage.

Interestingly enough, this doesn't appear to happen on my laptop with the same selection of widgets.

Expected Behavior

The bar is not damaged this frequently when there are no changes.
